We're a small team of consultants providing PC and Mac support in New York City. Each consultant has a complementary skill set to the others which lets us support Microsoft Servers and Workstations as well as Macs, mobile devices, etc. Our office is in Midtown Manhattan. The focus of our group is primarily on small businesses with between one and 100 computers and our goal is to provide support in a cost effective way quickly and efficiently. As much as possible, we work remotely. This lets us respond to critical needs instantly and to support our clients off hours so that we don't interrupt them unnecessarily during the business day. Because we are so often able to work remotely, our clients don't wait hours for a response and we're able to work with a 15-minute minimum instead of the customary quarter, half or full hour commitments some other consultants require. Our client base includes various types from advertising, Legal, manufacturing, retail and the hospitality business and private (residential) clients. While we primarily service PCs in Manhattan, we do travel to all 5 boroughs, Long Island and New Jersey and support computers on 4 continents.
