The John E. Kostic Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to improve the lives of young people in New Jersey and the surrounding areas. The primary mission of the Foundation is to foster scholarships, hospital enrichment programs, community support programs and the like that support that more effectively meet the needs of today’s vulnerable children and families. In pursuit of this goal, the Foundation makes grants that help states, cities and neighborhoods fashion more innovative, cost-effective responses to these needs. The John E. Kostic Memorial Foundation is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) and is classified as a private foundation under Section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.
