Encierra is a viticultural project oriented to the production, national sale and export of high value bottled wine. Based on solid experience and knowledge of the sector and together with a privileged area where grapes are produced for the production of high quality wines, Encierra Wine with Peralillo, Colchagua denomination of origin was born. The Eyzaguirre Echenique family created ENCIERRA as an extension of their winemaking history, which dates back to 1795. The Echenique family has been a wine producer in the Colchagua area for five generations, founders of Viña Los Vascos who partnered in 1988 with Domains Barons Laffite Rotschild achieving high quality wines which were the first to be exported from the entire Colchagua Valley. In 1996, the Eyzaguirre family sold its stake in Los Vascos, keeping part of the original vineyards. In 2000, the family started a new wine project, under the name ENCIERRA, Viña Boutique, which produces 35,000 bottles, aimed at the "high End" segment of international markets. Convinced of the opportunities that exist in different markets to incorporate a wine of these characteristics, the monitoring and permanent presence of the exporter or winemaker with the buyers is essential. To achieve the above, the discipline of knowing, visiting, assisting and educating each of the three actors that interact in a wine export program; the importer, the distributor and the retailer or retail. The achievement of all of the above translates into what we know as Product Loyalty.
