This Is Me, Scotland brings together businesses of all shapes and sizes across Scotland to change the narrative around mental health by encouraging employees to share their own stories. Described by Scottish Government as an “important step”, the This Is Me, Scotland initiative aims to reduce the stigma of mental health and break the culture of workplace silence by supporting people to tell their own stories. The campaign launched in London in 2016 and the North West of England in May 2018 and October 2018 in Scotland. There are already over 550 organisations registered – reaching over 900,000 employees and, with your support, we can embed This is Me into the fabric of the Scottish workplace to finally #endthestigma.
