Focused specifically on professional function staffing, bar and beverage organisation, our strategy at FPE is to provide unparalleled service excellence to our clients and their guests. While our primary service is the provision of high-quality hospitality staff, hosts and hostesses, registration staff, ushers and cleaners, we do also work with our clients on all function requirements - from decor to technical and sound solutions. All major events are managed by supervisors who are responsible for liaison between the client and function staff, thereby linking front-of-house to back-of-house operations; and maintaining the required purpose and brief for the duration of the event. We also consult on and / or provide our clients with the correct bar and beverage management and controls for any event or project. This includes ordering of bar counters and equipment and the logistics of storage, stock counting and security. Our relationships with caterers, decor pros, equipment suppliers and sound technicians are long-standing and we have high expectations of them as we work together to ensure that our clients' functions run efficiently and are enjoyed by all who attend.
