We are an online space, information hub and wellness store offering information and products to keep people with dementia and their carers living well and engaged in their communities. We also hold free Cafes for people with dementia and their carers in the Weston Creek area once a month. Using the latest evidence-based theories and best practice models of dementia care, we aim to make as much impact on people's lives as possible. We aim to connect, support, encourage and create a stigma-free community for both the individual, their loved ones and the wider community. We are a small startup planning to make a big difference
