Noronex Limited was incorporated on 1 December 2015 for the primary purpose of identifying exploration projects in Australia and overseas with the aim of discovering commercially significant mineral deposits. In November 2020, the Company completed the acquisition of a portfolio of high-grade copper projects in Canada and an option to acquire three prospecting licences that are prospective for sedimentary Cu-Ag mineralisation along the prolific Kalahari Copper Belt that spans Namibia and Botswana. The Company is attracted to the combination of the advanced portfolio of copper projects in Canada and Namibia and the positive forecast dynamics for the copper market in coming years.
