My purpose-led, creative and visionary approach is grounded in over 20 years of international leadership experience across the private, not-for-profit and social enterprise sectors. From multi-national companies, to start-ups and fast-growing scale-ups, to NGOs, I work with leaders and teams to help clarify their reason for being in the world, and robustly align the strategy and operation of their organisations with their purpose. While consideration of economic success is essential, I go beyond this to explore the potential for organisations to create positive social and environmental impact and value through core activities. Using a variety of practical approaches I help individuals, teams and organisations to become inspired, enabling fundamental shifts in mindsets, behaviours, and results that contribute to creating a more sustainable, connected, and balanced world.
