It provides services that offers healing with the relationship between the body and mind through 1 on 1 counseling, groups, books, blog & article writings, presentations, seminars & workshops. Ingrid offers a form of body psychotherapy that includes listening to the body’s inherent wisdom. She creates a nurturing and safe environment where you can grow into a more balanced, peaceful and vibrant human being. Ingrid works with women, men or couples who may feel they have lost their ‘way’, or for those that are suffering a deep psychic wound. She can help you to find your true soul essence and grounded authentic self. She has also studied Buddhist mindfullness awareness, shamanic psychotherapy, eastern energy psychology and is certified in Bioenergetic Analysis. Bioenergetic Analysis, a body psychotherapy, focuses on both the psychological issues presented and the manifestation of these issues as shown in the individual’s body, energy and movement. The verbal work focuses on an examination of an individual’s past, dreams, associations and current behaviours.
