Intelligent Office of Alexandria is an executive office suite located in a brand new building a few steps away from the US Patent and Trade Office and US Federal Courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia. We offer professional office space on a full-time basis or on demand (hourly or daily), along with professional meeting space. Amenities include receptionist services, high speed copying, scanning, and faxing, complimentary coffee and tea in a shared kitchen, and access to a well-equipped, state of the art fitness room. Other services include a "Business Identity" package, which includes a professional address and mail handling. Our core service is our Intelligent Assistant, a remote receptionist service. We answer calls for clients whether or not they use our space. We provide a professional live answer, screen, announce, and forward the calls anywhere. We also answer frequently asked questions and provide customer service functions such as event registration, calendar management, and payment processing. Clients range from one employee to over 50 employees and include law firms, consultants, government contractors, associations, CPAs, financial planners, and more.
