New Life Home Refurnishing
www.newlifehr.orgWe are a 501(c)3 charitable organization that accepts donations of gently used furniture and household goods, warehouse them in our Walpole, MA facility, and makes them available at no charge to families and individuals in need. Most of us take for granted the household items needed to set up independent living in an house or apartment. For people coming out of difficult times with limited financial resources, it is a very different story. The mission of NewLife Home Refurnishing is to distribute “gently used” household goods at no cost to individuals and families who need help to rebuild their lives. Our clients will come to us through referrals from social service and government agencies, as well as area clergy. We expect to serve victims of fires or floods, people coming out of shelters, veterans of war and recent refugees. Our goal is to treat our clients with dignity, providing them with a “shopping” opportunity to furnish their new home with the basic necessities from our inventory. NewLife relies on the generosity of residents in Medfield and Walpole, MA and the surrounding towns. We accept most basic furniture and household items, although they must be in good condition. We want to make it easy for those who are downsizing or redecorating to “recycle,” knowing they will be put to good use and kept out of landfills.
