In May 2002, a group of engineers, architects and financial analysts merged their experience and expertise and formed the group GAIN DPM. The group, acting initially as a joint venture of individual professionals, targeted the market of design and management for a wide range of projects, mainly in the private sector including construction projects of various scales, specialised complex infrastructure projects such as telecommunication or energy related projects and information technology projects as also regulatory and legislation frameworks for the public sector. In addition, the architectural background of members of the team provided a solid foundation for the formation of a very competent design team aiming at high end business and private design projects, currently specialising in private housing as also office relocation projects Furthermore, the vocation with real estate, construction and financial analysis has enabled the group to offer real estate investment appraisal services for legal entities such as real estate developers and financial institutes, wishing to utilise or invest in land or buildings In April 2007, following five successful years and on the verge of significant contracts’ allocation, Gain DPM Consulting Engineering Ltd was formed. The new entity, having grown both in economic and man power aspects could now provide a wider array of services, ranging from typical to specialised project management, high end corporate and private construction design and other custom tailored outsourcing management and engineering services.
