Pop Fizz is a mexican style ice cream shop (paleteria) with an american soda shop twist. We bring the flavors of both cultures together and we do it with an all-natural and local approach. Pop Fizz Specializes in frozen treats called "Paletas" which are frozen mexican style fruit and cream bars. We have pivoted our model to focus on mobile truck events for businesses, large scale events and the movie industry.
