Working with Companies in the Boston & New England region in these core competencies: * REPRESENTATION for CRO’s & CDMO’s, sales & business management support & training for CRO & CDMO sales teams, including private coaching. * OUTSOURCING support activities when collaborating with CRO’s & CDMO’s on scientific projects that are a genuine fit for all stakeholders, including expert analysis, evaluation and selection of CRO & CDMO partners to optimize outsourcing solutions. * Development, hosting, implementation, training & support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems specifically for the CRO & CDMO sector. * BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT for the high-level facilitation of introductions and presentation of pipeline assets with licensing partners in EU & USA. * TECHNICAL services for research, development & Pharmaceutical Quality/CMC to help advance drug development pipelines, including, where necessary, the identification & support of Subject Matter Experts (SMEx) in this space.
