In the UK, more than 1.41m children and young people currently face extensive waiting times to receive additional learning support provided by Education, Health & Social Care (EHC) plans and remain without adequate resources, in addition to widening disparities in their learning and development. FullSpektrum® (FS) are change-makers in EdTech and digital transformation, dedicated to delivering better value and social impact to all local EHC ecosystems across the country, particularly supporting neurodivergent children and young people, including those with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND). Our company was founded in 2018 by André Skepple, who also serves as CEO and Lead Solutions Architect. Diagnosed with severe dyspraxia and partial dyslexia during university at 21 years, André understood that there was an unwritten necessity to work three times as hard as his peers, as well as to strive and overcome the educational, personal, and professional challenges that accompany conditions such as these. As a new EdTech and digital transformation company, our mission is to provide collaborative, yet holistic solutions for neurodivergent children and young people, including those with SEND who are often left behind in their learning & development (when compared to the incumbent standards of our National Curriculum). Our focus is to fully integrate and revolutionise multi-agency EHC plan co-production, case management and annual reviews, as well as facilitate the reformation of national policies and delivery frameworks attributed to the statutory management of SEND, Virtual Schools and other elements of alternative provision in local authorities (LA), schools, Multi-Academy Trusts (MAT’s), Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG’s) and most importantly, at home.
