We offer training courses in the following areas: Food Safety Essentials. Training for beginners and anyone with limited exposure to food. This training course takes 1/2 day to complete. It is certified with a MKRMS Food Safety Certificate of Achievement. Basic Food Hygiene. The course is aimed at food handlers in retail and catering businesses. The course takes one day (7 hours) to complete. It is certified with a MKRMS Food Safety Certificate of Achievement. Primary Course in Food Safety - EHOA. This training course is developed by Environmental Health Officers. It takes 1 to 2 days to complete (8 hours) and is certified by the Environmental Health Officers' Association of Ireland. Food Labelling Workshops for Food Producers. These training workshops are aimed at small independent food producers who sell their products through retail outlets (e.g. shops, supermarkets). The Food Labelling Workshops consist of two 1/2-day modules. The following modules are available: Correct Labelling of Food - Basic Rules and Requirements, basic module Correct Labelling of Food - Ingredients and Allergen Declaration Correct Labelling of Food - Chocolate and Confectionery Correct Labelling of Food - Eggs, Milk and Dairy Products Correct Labelling of Food - Fish, Meat and Poultry Correct Labelling of Food - Food Labelling for Retailers
