Nicolet proudly serves the Northwoods community from its Rhinelander campus situated on the shores of Lake Julia, and from outreach centers located across the Nicolet District. It is one of 16 colleges in the Wisconsin Technical College System. Nicolet is the center for higher education in the Northwoods, offering more than 70 associate degrees, technical diplomas, certificates, and apprenticeship programs as well as a University Transfer and Liberal Arts program. Nicolet also offers GED/HSED, continuing education, workforce education, and an Outdoor Adventure Series, as well as Learning in Retirement.
