Partners in Expanding Health Quality and Access is a California, USA-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Partners assists public health and development professionals and organizations to improve health and other public services in ways that respect human rights and promote equity. Partners serves as the organizational mechanism to support scale-up work by the global network called ExpandNet. Since its founding in 2003, ExpandNet has been advancing the science and practice of scaling up global health and development interventions. Partners draws on the expertise of ExpandNet members in several regions throughout the world to provide technical assistance to advance scale-up work in countries.
