Our mission is to help people in the market and social research sector to gain respected qualifications. We also provide research and insight services to a range of private and public sector companies as well as bespoke training. As an MRS Accredited Centre, we are licensed by the Market Research Society to provide tuition for both the MRS Advanced Certificate and the MRS Diploma in Applied Market and Social Research Practice. Our students can choose between face-to-face classes in central London or distance learning. Both course modes are supported by our interactive online learning environment. The Research Academy’s tutors are all active, senior researchers and seasoned trainers. Our research and insight services range from desk research to large-scale programme evaluations. We specialise in advising clients on research design questions and carrying out online research, from surveys using advanced analytics to online focus groups and communities.
