Therapists at Limestone Clinic are all licensed mental health professionals or students-in-training, including psychotherapists, social workers, and psychologists - all of whom and geared to provide traditional and time-proven talk-based therapy services that work. We are well known for our compassionate and results-driven work with individuals experiencing problems related to depression and anxiety, as well as first-responders, military veterans, and medical practitioners who have experienced trauma in their work and/or burnout. Our therapists are all well-versed in Cognitive Behavioural approaches, which is the most requested type of therapy, but we recognize that each individual needs to be well-understood and feel comfortable with their therapists before the magic that changes problems into growth really happens.
