He has also trained elite soccer teams internationally, and was the personal fitness trainer for Princess Diana. – Cam’s philosophy centers on delivering results-driven programs via progressive training loads. In other words, you’ll increase your capacity and capability week-to-week in 4 – 6 week blocks so that you’ll see progress in your body make up and results you achieve.
