She has spent over 25 years in various leadership roles with Fortune 500 Companies in Talent Management, Marketing and Finance functional roles; including most recently serving as the executive head of International Development Leadership Programs at a major Health Care Company. Andrea is an executive coach and mentor for the Healthcare Business Woman's Metro Chapter and is currently serving as the President on the New Jersey chapter of the International Coaches Federation. Andrea holds a MA in Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is certified by the International Coach Federation and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as a Certified Professional Coach and Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership TM Index as well as holding certifications in the Hogan Assessment Suite and MRG/IDI Assessment tools.
