Softemotion is a new brand created to support my professional activity and to demonstrate my personal engagement in business. My offer is fully-oriented toward consulting and program&project management, including : • managing a portfolio of projects • helping the CIO Office or the global PMO team to adopt usefull tools and to align governance to best practices • Leading and managing initiation/execution/closure phases according to PMI • Assisting the scrum Teams (either PO, XPO and SM) • Helping business to manage the UAT and define the support • Leading the build, orchestrating the deployment • Discussing with the infrastructure Teams • Managing project's budget, scope and financials • Using analytics best practices • Helping to ITIL or SM demand management within standards during the run Regarding to my skills either in fonctional and technical domains, I have the ability to work easily and in a collaborative manner with all IT stakeholders, Business Representants and Technical Teams or Software Partners. I am both PMI and agile. The ambition is the merging of an IT experience in a consulting firm and a marketing&financial ecosystem culture. This new mix IT-Marketing approach is particularlily interesting during the initiation phase where people must agree on the product target.
