IMS Laboratory is known worldwide for his high level expertise in Integrated Circuit Design. IMS Laboratory develops original research activities in the areas of: - Modeling and development of materials, sensors and microsystems for electronic devices - Modeling, design, integration and analysis of reliability of components, circuits and assemblies - The identification, control, diagnosis, signal processing, supervision and conduct of complex and heterogeneous process. It counts 120 tenured researchers, 130 PhD students, 30 Post Doc.
