4u Language Services, LLC trains and manages a team of certified and experienced multilingual interpreters, translators, and educators who provide in-person and over-the-telephone services. Under Lynn Henry-Roach's leadership, her staff adheres to the highest quality standards as mandated by the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care and the Interpreters’ Code of Ethics. For over 20 years, Lynn has proven to be a steadfast advocate for K-12 education and social services for families in need. In professional and volunteer capacities, she continues to provide highly valuable assistance to Limited English Speaking persons in health care, legal, schools, and immigration. 4u’s mission is to provide outstanding interpretation and translation to individuals and companies alike. Their vision is first one of service by bridging the language and culture gaps that exist among communities and within industries. Secondly, they aim to provide quality career coaching to future interpreters/translators, and those seeking certification and/or to expand their business. Lastly, Lynn has availed herself as a trainer and mentor to college students and others who seek career guidance in the fields of Translation and Interpretation.
