We created the Learning Hub, a SaaS product, because research suggests that educator attrition can be reduced by when schools provide opportunities for personal growth based on individualized areas of need, coaching and collaboration, and instructional resources. Given the most important factor to students' success is the quality of teaching, educator attrition negatively impacts schools and students. By delivering highly effective professional learning supports to educators the Learning Hub can help schools retain educators, sustain improvement efforts and improve the quality of teaching. Our mission is to inspire and empower all educators to transform their lives, and the lives of the students and communities they serve. What’s with the name? When we say we’re committed to radically transforming how educators think about and experience professional learning supports, we mean it. Few things symbolize radical transformation more than a tadpole developing into a frog-- hence the name Ribbit.
