We bring young people and employers together through a (part-time) job, so that they can help each other grow. They can learn a lot from each other: employers have the experience and expertise, young people ask the refreshing questions. They’re not yet stuck in their ways and are therefore essential for innovation. With an average age of 28, YoungCapital’s 1,300 employees are themselves living proof of the impact young people can have.
