Portier was founded when a passion for hospitality recruiting met an insatiable case of the travel bug. While working in talent acquisition for luxury hotels and resorts, our founder discovered the significance of international programs in hospitality. Portier exists to fill a gap, and to develop J1 and H2B programs for restaurants, hotels, and resorts. We assist in the procurement and management of employee housing, recruit international students/workers, and maintain relationships with both visa sponsorship companies and employers.
