The Small Company, Big Business Program provides professional consultancy advice, enabling small businesses to be profitable, successful and reliable suppliers to large organisations. The Program grew out of our more than years of experience at 4T Consultants, and the journey we took to get our company ready to do business with big buyers - international agribusiness organisations, governments and resources giants. Over the years, we have experienced all the ups and downs of being a part of a large company's supply chain . We have tried and discarded an unknown number of systems and solutions - all in the quest for the best, simplest, robust and easily maintained means of getting and remaining as a supplier to these large organisations. As a winner of business and leadership awards, we were continually asked by other business owners for help. Every business owner supplying to large organisatons can tell endless stories of cost over--runs, delays and frustration. The Small Company, Big Business Program has been established to help other business owners get that extra edge they need to become successful, profitable and reliable suppliers to large organisations - be they government or corporates. In October 2017, the Small Company, Big Business book was released. The book describes all the steps of the Program, with some additional content that will help the small business owner attract, work with, and retain the big customers they need in order to make their business grow.
