Spread over an area of 50 acres of land Himalayan food park aims to provide processing infrastructure and support facilities to all the food processing units to be developed in the food park. Himalayan Food Park is located in the most commercial place in the region, Mahuakhera Ganj, Kashipur, Uttarakhand. The company has developed: 1. The latest world-class technology for Multi-Fruits & vegetable processing line has been taken and installed by Navatta Food Processing S.R.L. (Italy). The line is multi-equipped to produce following fruit and vegetable concentrates. All the fruits apple, mango, peach, guava, apricot, plum, pear, Litchi, Watermelons, vegetables like Tomato, green chili, Indian gooseberry (Amla), pumpkin, beetroot, carrot, ginger, Spinach can be processed to produce puree, juices (single strength or concentrated), all filled in aseptic packaging. On trial base, we have already produced some products like: Apple puree, Clarified Concentrate juice of apple, carrot juice, beetroot juice and tomato puree. The Belt Press has been imported from Flottweg (Germany) and Ultrafiltration process line supplied from Koch Membrane systems (USA) for production of Clarified Concentrate juice of the apple. Highest yield PATENTED fruit puree cold extraction, fruit purees/juices equalized in aseptic. Aseptic filling division for spout/spout less Bag-in-Box 3 – 20 litres, Bag-in-Drum 220 litres. 2. The aseptic brick line of capacity 10,000 lt per Hr comprising of 200 ml & 1 lt pack sizes . 3. Dry warehouse of the capacity of 8000 MT,
