We are an outpatient counseling private practice. Our mission is to provide elite care for those looking to increase or achieve an optimal level of wellness. Our clinicians have taken the time to become intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT®) by the creator Marsha Linehan's institute, Behavioral Tech, LLC. The use of additional evidence-based treatment modalities, as well as our unique focus on clinical research, gives our team an advantage in the treatment of (but not limited to) self-harm, eating disordered behaviors, and high emotional dysregulation. Our team members participate on clinical teams both inside and outside of Life Worth Living, LTD. This consultation further enables us to provide well-researched methods and individualized treatment plans, giving you the tools to create your Life Worth Living.
