Logistics services planning are about on time delivery, a strong focus in some industries will be placed on the development of new and innovative strategies for the customers that deliver significant value. We will also be able to leverage our sales by cross selling both Aircraft on Ground (AOG), standard air freight, Express, Sea freight, FTL & LTL to our customers. We have a solid knowledge of the Jordanian market and the services required to influence the customers. The goal is to create an innovative business in which the customer experiences competent service. Although this strategy is likely to require additional investments by opening and expanding branches in the ME, it is expected that revenues per customer will increase significantly and range above focus industries average. Furthermore, this strategy will provide a clear entrance barrier for prospective competitors. The development and promotion of AGL Logistics is another central task for management. Given the homogeneity of businesses in the focus industries, the development of AGL Logistics will markedly increase sales revenue and build a customer base. In addition, it will support expanding the business to a larger GCC & Palestine markets.
