Switch Technique KZN was established in 1999 in Durban in partnership with Switch Technique Jhb, initially distributed locally manufactured Rotary Cam Switches, Fuse & Load break Isolators, bypass & Change-over switches, as well as Importing Industrial sockets & plugs from Italy. Over the years we have obtained various agencies and in February 2020 majority shares were obtained by the Mobicon Group. Other Mobicon group companies in South African are Mantech Electronics and Swan Electric. We hold regional agencies that include Swan Circuit breakers and Motor control equipment, Bemis Industrial Plugs & Sockets, GIC timing, monitoring & control devices, GRL Isolators, Change-Over Switches and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and domestic/commercial switches and sockets. We stock a comprehensive range of products to service the markets that we trade in. Switch Technique KZN also manufactures Fibreglass enclosures for metering/ distribution & general-purpose application. Star Delta Starters, Control Panels, Distribution Boards, Swimming Pool DB`s and Kiosks are populated & wired in our workshop, whilst our technical staff are available and at your service for any technical assistance as it pertains to our products. Our products are used by most Industries, including Panel Builders, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Contractors & stocked by Electrical Wholesalers throughout KZN.
