Les Petits Francophones is a non-profit French Immersion preschool committed to early childhood education. Our mission is to provide a safe and prosperous environment for the whole child; socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. Our primary focus is placed on the needs of children (ages 2-6 years) and their family. LPF’s goal is to provide a stimulating and educational experience through developmentally appropriate practices. Les Petits Francophones' curriculum recognizes Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences theory known as learning styles: linguistic logical/mathematical spatial/visual music/auditory kinesthetic interpersonal intra-personal naturalistic Les Petits Francophones understands that children learn and develop at their own pace using individual learning styles. Our curriculum offers a balance of child initiated activities as well as teacher lead activities to allow each child to prosper academically and developmentally using his or her preferred styles.
