Betts Plumbing & Heating Supply Inc was originally founded as Betts Piping Supply Company in 1959 by Russell and Lynne Betts. The company was primarily an industrial until adding her son Robert, full-time in 1965. Robert Betts, was president from 1992-2012. In 2003, Kimberley Betts, daughter of Robert, re-joined the business. In 2012, Kim assumed the role of President, and the company changed its name to Betts Plumbing & Heating Supply Inc. to better demonstrate its product offering. Betts has moved three times since its' inception, each time to a larger location, in order to meet the growing inventory and needs of the industry. Currently the business is located at 14 Coleman Avenue, and has more than 20,000 square feet of space. This space houses a large warehouse, a counter area for trade professionals and a showroom.. Betts' inventory ranges from repair parts for kitchen, bath and heating equipment, to fittings and pipes of various material including, copper, steel, and plastic. The company also stocks water heaters, boilers, furnaces, pumps and mini splits for installation. Betts is also able to get those hard to find items that other retailers might fail to find. It is important to Betts to assist their customers with their needs, developing an invaluable realtionship between customer and wholesaler.
