Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (CREAM) was incorporated on 26th March 2004 as a company limited by guarantee without having a share capital under the Companies Act 1965. Our purpose under CIDB's research function is to serve the strategic research needs while enabling CIDB to fully concentrate on its core functionality. The establishment of CREAM was intended to carry out the functions and responsibility for all matters relating to R&D, Innovation, Assessments & Certifications, Testing, Journal Publication, and other related activities.
