The company operates under a fully –fledged professional multi-disciplinary board under the stewardship of the minister of Finance, Investment, Planning and economic Development. The company was incorporated to conduct property management, facilities management, construction management, consultancy, investments and property development on behalf of Buganda Kingdom, in Uganda.
