Institute of Public Policy Thomas Jefferson – Correia da Serra (IPP) is a Portuguese, independent and non-partisan academic think tank, that promotes policy research and debate in four key fields: EU economic policy, public finance and governance, democracy and accountability, social policy. Lead by preeminent Portuguese scholars in the fields of economics and political science, young researchers play an important role in conducting these activities. Founded in 2013, based in Lisbon (at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management), IPP is funded mostly by private donors and foundations, in the scope of specific policy research and advocacy projects.
