WECAN is a global network of associated independent contractors who have at least ten years of experience as management practitioners in their respective areas of expertise. In most cases they hold graduate degrees and have worked in applied fields in several organizations or industries. The associates offer state-of-the-art consulting and training services on a short-term basis and may undertake long-term engagements. WECAN, however, does not supervise or control the services that they provide to the clients. As a condition of affiliation to WECAN, all associates must pledge to uphold the organization’s "Code of operations” and share two essential qualities: • They have impressive track records that potential clients can independently verify in advance. • They are used to helping organizations that face rapidly changing conditions WECAN HAS NO PERMANENT EMPLOYEES.
