AAMCN is the leading provider of educational activities, services, resources and networking for nurses involved in every aspect of the managed care delivery team throughout the country. The American Association of Managed Care Nurses was founded in 1994 by a concerned group of nurses because of an unmet need to provide educational and networking opportunities for nurses working throughout the managed care industry. AAMCN is a non-profit organization representing Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Licensed Practical Nurses. AAMCN seeks to offer those nurses the opportunity to become more successful, both in their workplace and their community, through interactive membership services, quality educational resources and unparalleled networking with other managed care nurses throughout the industry.
