An emblem of self determination, PwC’s Indigenous Consulting, (PIC) opened its doors in 2013 bringing together a group of Indigenous leaders and PwC Australia. The result, a world first separate member firm within the PwC global network, a Supply Nation Certified Indigenous business, which is majority Indigenous owned and staffed. PIC’s set up A national Indigenous Consulting business, Aboriginal co-owners, Djap Wurrung-Gunditjmara woman, Jodie Sizer and Wiradjuri man, Gavin Brown, currently hold the majority share. PIC also has an independent Indigenous Chair and a majority Indigenous Board of Management.
