We are Guasa’ (previously known as Guasacaca) a Venezuelan street food business founded in 2013 by David Gutierrez when he was just 24 years old! Since then, our business has featured and been recognised multiple times for having a track record in the UK offering a unique and innovative food option across numerous food markets; food halls; events and big summer festivals in and outside of London. Guasa’ is not just a place to have Venezuelan food. It is a different gastronomic idea which transforms an Arepa bun into a new concept with different and delicious fillings created to evoke the spirit of Caracas with every bite in Britain. We use regionally sourced ingredients; premium quality meats and all our products are natural and #glutenfree served in an eco-friendly and sustainable packaging #plasticfree Our team is formed by committed and enthusiastic people passionate about bringing the heart and soul of Latin American cuisine while having fun at the same time.
