Ventron Managment was Founded in Ottowa, Canada in 1996, and expanded to the Southeastern US in 2002 with the purchase of 5 multifamily apartment communities in Florida. Since then Ventron has continued its aggressive growth strategy in the Atlanta and Tampa markets, growing to encompass 26 properties and over 8,000 units.
