GiGi’s Playhouse is the only nationwide network of Down syndrome achievement centers; changing lives through free, results-driven programs for individuals of all ages, families and communities. The organization now includes 46 playhouses with the first global playhouse in Queretaro, Mexico. GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago was established in 2008. We serve over 400 families in the Chicagoland area. As a network, over 26,000 individuals with Down syndrome benefited from programs and support. In helping individuals with Down syndrome, we can address our larger vision of global acceptance for people of all abilities. GiGi's Playhouse changes the way the world accepts individuals with Down syndrome. The GiGi's Playhouse network reaches more than 100,000 people through e-mail and social media. GiGi's web site sees more than 900,000 page views per year.
