From the various causes of brain damage, to the huge variation in how the effects of brain damage manifest in patients, Headway Oxfordshire believes that a more informed world is a more caring world. Brain injuries (including stroke and other neurological conditions) strike people of all ages, from all walks of life and in a variety of situations. Due to enhanced knowledge and treatment, more people are surviving than ever before making brain injury the fastest growing cause of disability among young people in the UK. We offer a range of services to support you and help speed up your recovery; from physical and mental therapy, to vocational support and training.
