By connecting a larger amount of housing within a defined area, such as a district or a larger residential area, and through collaboration between property owners and other actors conditions for new value-creating services and economies of scale in the development of the area are achieved. Examples of services are sharing economy P2P and B2P, booking of the area's premises, service services between neighbors, visualization of resource consumption, local news and much more.
