SELF EMPLOYMENT TRAINING - Training of Rural Youth for Self-Employment Self Employment Training Institute organise by Shyamsundar Child and Women Development Society, Govt. Registered NGO, situated at Howrah, West Bengal India. SET aimed to provid basic technical and entrepreneurial skill to the rural unemployed youth in the age group of 18-35 years enable them take up income generating activities. The Self Employment Program at the SET Institute provides full time classroom training, in which you receive all of the information necessary to write a business plan as well as courses to assist you in operating your business. SET which allows you the freedom and flexibility to conduct market research, write your business plan and start your business on a timely basis. The main objectives of SET are listed below : 1. To create awareness among job seekers about the employment market situation and job opportunities. 2. To motivate the job seekers to take-up self-employment ventures. 3. To assist them in obtaining necessary inputs required for setting of self-employment ventures from different sources. 4. To maintain co-ordination with various agencies for promotion of Self-Employment. 5. To provide necessary follow-up assistance to the Self-Employment Youth for sustaining them in their market.
