Software Underground is a company that specialises in Hospitality Software and Services. Founded in 2005 in London in order to provide software and services for hospitality establishments of any size and complexity through its product suites. These products cover all business areas of hospitality operation running in full synchronisation with Internet market integration (channel manager and web booking engines) and availability on all modern devices including mobile phones and tablets. Our aim is to offer technology edge solutions which make our products and services a one-stop shop for the industry. Since each hotel is different our products are highly customisable and localisable; as a result we are present in over 150 hotels in 6 countries. We work together with a number of partners in the industry to achieve cross-system operation by providing a number of interfaces and integrations to other systems so as to accommodate for different IT and system configurations. We also aim at producing software that is platform independent and does not lock the customers to proprietary, expensive solutions. Our most renown software is the HART PMS suite of products.
