ELEPHANT, created in 1999 by Emmanuel Chain and Thierry Bizot, is the first and largest independent producer in France with production labels covering drama, documentaries, magazine shows, entertainment, factual entertainment, live events and branded content. The group’s most important non-scripted productions include : ‘Sept à Huit’ (TF1), ‘Invitation au voyage’ (Arte) and ‘The Extraordinary Powers of the Human Body’ (France 2). The group also produce films such as Tamara & Tamara 2, Maria by Callas, and has also recently launched a news based social media channel called Monkey.
