Novatherm manufactures high efficiency steam and hot water boilers. Our flexible water-tube boilers are designed for commercial, institutional and industrial applications and are available in capacities ranging from 2.0 to 34.0 MMBTU/hr (60 to 1000 HP) and up. Through multiple patented innovations, our PowerFlex family of boilers offers energy efficiency above the competition, and allows our customers to save on operating costs while reducing flue gas emissions and meeting present and future limits on exhaust emissions. Starting from a proven design with many thousands of units currently in operation, our engineers have made numerous improvements using modern tools such as design 3D modelling and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Novatherm was established in response to the increasing pressure on end users of thermal power generation equipment to reduce operating costs and minimize greenhouse gas emissions.
